MYOFASCIAL RELEASE YIN WORKSHOP

In this workshop, we’ll blend myofascial release and yin yoga to unwind tight fascia, improve circulation, and restore joint ease—especially through areas that tend to grip in winter: feet, calves, hamstrings, hips, low back, and the entire posterior chain. Using therapy balls and targeted techniques, we’ll apply sustained, mindful pressure to support tissue glide, reduce muscular guarding, and improve range of motion. From there, longer-held yin shapes with props help the nervous system downshift into parasympathetic “rest and digest,” supporting deeper breathing and whole-body integration.
