Our classes are 60-minute, all-level, accessible yoga sessions that are designed for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're brand new to yoga or you’ve been practicing for years, you’ll find space here to move, breathe, and be yourself.
We focus on simple, grounded movement and mindfulness, offering variations and support so you can practice in a way that feels right for you. No pressure. No expectations. Just come as you are.
We have mats, blocks, straps, and blankets available to use.
Hatha 26
This class follows the classic 26-posture sequence practiced in a heated room — a powerful, structured flow designed to stretch, strengthen, and detoxify the body from head to toe.
We move through the same 26 poses each time, giving you a chance to build confidence, track your progress, and settle into the rhythm of your breath and body. It’s accessible to all levels — modifications are always welcome, and breaks are encouraged.
Expect a warm room (around 90-100°F) to help open muscles and release tension. Bring water, a towel, and an open mind.
Meditation
Inspired to look inward? Come find simplicity in the stillness within meditation practice.
This 45-minute guided meditation class is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and come back to yourself — no experience needed.
We’ll explore simple breathwork, mindfulness practices, and quiet reflection to support your mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner calm. Each class may include a short movement warm-up, a guided practice, and time for silent sitting.
Come as you are. Wear comfy clothes, bring a cushion or blanket if you’d like, and let yourself just be.
