We’re so excited to practice with y’all!

Our cozy studio is small, yet mighty!

We’ve got space for 16 folks max, so we highly recommend signing up ahead of time to save your spot.

We keep a couple of spots for walk-ins that are first come, first serve.

To create an account use the sign up/login buttons at the upper right of the class schedule.

This allows you to easily sign up for classes in the future, keep a card on file, and receive notifications.

There are of different contribution levels for class. Please contribute what resonates to you.

• Accessible ($10) - This rate is our attempt to make yoga accessible to everyone (if this is not accessible for you please reach out to us)

• Connection ($15) - This rate helps keep the lights on and the doors open.

• Intentional ($20) - Covers the cost of your class, teacher pay, and helps support the studio’s daily operations

• Supporting ($25) - Goes beyond your own class, this generous contribution supports others and community growth.

• Sustaining ($30) - A pay-it-forward option that helps nourish the whole community. Your generosity keeps yoga accessible for all.

If something comes up and you can’t make it we understand.

Please give us a heads-up at least 2 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone else.

We have a $10 no-show fee . (If there is a special circumstance please send us a message)

Our door locks 1 minute after class start time to honor everyones time.

We are unable to do 1 on 1 classes for the safety of the instructor and client.

If you are the only person to show up you are welcome donate your class contribution and use the studio for 30-45 minutes for your own personal practice.
